If your IMEI registration has expired, or if you are not yet on the island and would like to simply purchase a SIM card upon arrival without registering your phone, our service allows you to register your device for 3 months or 6 months.

1. You can register your phone at any time — it doesn't have to be done strictly on the day of arrival at the airport.
2. No need to pay the foreigner tax, which is 40% of the phone's value.
3. No need to visit the mobile operator's office.
4. After the 3-month or 6-month registration period expires, the procedure can be repeated an unlimited number of times.

❗ At the time of purchasing the service, the phone should not be temporarily registered in the network.

• Take a screenshot of the IMEI number and send it to us.
• Send a scan (photo) of your passport and a photo of your arrival stamp.
• Wait for a message from us.
• Restart your phone. Done.

This service is especially useful for travelers with children, your parents visiting, first-time travelers abroad, and those who prefer to travel in comfort.

You will be met at the aircraft door, escorted to the immigration desk, and although there is currently no dedicated fast-track lane, you will go through passport control and answer any questions from the immigration officer if needed. Then, you will be guided to the baggage claim area, helped with retrieving your luggage, filling out the customs declaration, registering your phone, and placed in a taxi.

Required Documents for Arrival:

1. Photo of your passport.
2. Your ticket to Denpasar.
3. Valid visa (if applicable).
4. Contact number of the person meeting you (if applicable).

For Departing from Denpasar:
An airport staff member will meet you with a sign at the airport entrance at the appointed time, bypassing the queues at the security check and passport control, and escort you to the departure lounge.

1. Photo of your passport.
2. Your ticket from Denpasar.
3. Visa for the destination country (if necessary).
