VISA TO AUSTRALIA

Australia is the perfect destination for those seeking unique adventures. Many believe that obtaining a visa to Australia is a complicated process, but in reality, it is much simpler than applying for Schengen visas or US visas. We are ready to assist you at every step of this journey.

Anyone can apply for an Australian visa, regardless of whether they have a KITAS visa.

Visa type: Usually multiple-entry. Rarely, but the visa center may issue a single-entry visa at its discretion.

Visa validity: from 3 to 12 months. Duration of stay — up to 3 months from the date of each entry.

Visa application process:

  • Submit the necessary documents to us — either in person or electronically.
  • We will prepare your documents, fill out the application form, and schedule your biometrics appointment — we will choose the date together with you.
  • Submit your fingerprints and photograph at the Visa Center without an interview.
  • Wait for your electronic visa from the Consulate.

❗️ In Indonesia, there is no Australian visa center accepting visa applications from foreigners, so biometric data must be submitted in Kuala Lumpur. Biometrics submission is scheduled in advance (within two weeks after application submission). You need to visit the visa center and submit your fingerprints and take a photograph (30-45 minutes, no queues). Usually, the visa is issued electronically 2 days after fingerprint submission.

In rare cases, you may not be invited to submit fingerprints. This is more the exception than the rule.

Required documents from the applicant:

  1. Copies (scans) of all pages of the passport, including blank ones.
  2. Copies (scans) of all pages of the old passport, if there were trips in the last 10 years.
  3. Employment certificate from the homeland indicating the position and salary — a copy with the organization's stamp, OR a certificate of establishment of an individual entrepreneur, LLC, OR KITAS (if available).
  4. Bank statement from an Indonesian bank for the last 3 months with a balance of at least $4000 per person (the more, the better). The statement can be obtained from the bank branch. An electronic version of the statement from the app will not suffice. You can deposit funds into the account, get the statement, and then withdraw the funds immediately.
  5. Birth/marriage/property certificate in the homeland — if available. The more documents linking you to your homeland, the better. Documents for a car/property are also suitable.
  6. Completed questionnaire which we send to you after payment.

Visa terms:

The visa application review usually takes 2.5 — 3 weeks from the date of document submission. The Australian visa is electronic — we send you the visa after the process is complete.
