Adding a Child to the Mother's Visa in Indonesia — Process for Obtaining a Visa for a Newborn!

The process of including a child on the mother's visa in Indonesia involves several steps and requires compliance with all Indonesian immigration laws. The report on the birth must be submitted to immigration within 60 days of the child's birth.


Document Preparation

To apply, the following documents are required:

  • Birth certificate in Indonesian (Excerpt of birth certificate and AKTA), original
  • Certificate from the clinic, original or copy
  • Marriage certificate translated into English, certified, original
  • Child's birth certificate translated into English, certified, original
  • Child's passport, original
  • Child's photo in electronic format

Agency Submission

An agency can submit the report to the immigration office and report the birth of the child. The application to include the child on the mother's visa is submitted to the local office of the Indonesian Immigration Service.


Waiting for Review
